Executive Committee

PRESIDENT
-
Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the club.

Chairs committee meetings and ensures effective governance.

Acts as the main spokesperson and representative of the club.

Oversees adherence to policies, constitutions, and regulatory requirements.

Supports other committee members and resolves disputes or issues.

Ensures long-term planning, sustainability, and growth.

VICE PRESIDENT
-
Assists the President in all duties and stands in when the President is unavailable.

Oversees specific portfolios or projects as delegated.
-
Provides leadership support across club operations.
-
Helps maintain communication between subcommittees and the executive.
-
TREASURER
-
Manages all club finances, banking, and budgets.
-
Prepares financial statements, reports, and annual budgets.
-
Processes payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
-
Ensures financial compliance and transparent record-keeping.
-
Advises the committee on financial risks, spending, and sustainability.
-
Coordinates audits and works with accountants where required.
-
SECRETARY
-
Manages all club correspondence, records, and official documentation.
-
Organises meetings, prepares agendas, takes minutes, and distributes them.
-
Maintains up-to-date membership records and legal compliance documents.
-
Liaises with governing bodies (e.g., MNSW), councils, and external organisations.
-
Ensures all reporting obligations are met.​
Operational Committee
-
CANTEEN COORDINATOR
-
Oversees the operation of the club canteen during race days and practice days.
-
Manages stock ordering, supplier relations, and inventory control.
-
Creates menus, pricing, and ensures compliance with food safety standards.
-
Rosters and supervises volunteers or staff.
-
Manages cash handling, EFTPOS, and end-of-day reconciliation.
-
Ensures canteen equipment is maintained, clean, and functional.
-
Reports profits and issues to the Treasurer and Committee.
-
RACING COORDINATOR
-
Plans and manages all race events, club days, and championship rounds.
-
Coordinates with MNSW/Motorcycling Australia for permits, officials, and compliance.
-
Prepares supplementary regulations, event schedules, and entry systems (Ridernet etc.).
-
Organises track officials, marshals, first aid, scrutineering, and timing staff.
-
Ensures race formats, classes, and rider groupings are correctly structured.
-
Manages rider sign-on, transponders, scoring, and results processing.
-
Conducts riders’ briefings and communicates updates to competitors.
-
Oversees safety zones, track inspections, and event pack-down.
-
Provides post-event reports to the committee.

GENERAL COMMITTEE
-
Assist with decision-making and vote on motions.
-
Support operational tasks, events, and working bees.
-
Represent the views of club members.
-
Take on specific roles or sub-committee responsibilities when needed.
-
Provide oversight and accountability across club functions.
