One Event Licence -  $90
Theory Test and Riding Test must be completed    
Riding Test must be done prior to race day 
Bookings can be made at complex gatehouse
STRICTLY NO TESTING DONE ON DAY OF RACING
Tear offs and Helmet cameras are BANNED
 
ALL COMPETIONS ARE HELD UNDER A PERMIT ISSUED BY MNSW ON BEHALF OF MOTORCYCLING AUSTRALIA
 
INSURANCE COVER UNDER A PERMIT IS LIMITED TO PERMANENT INJURY OR DEATH
 
AMBULANCE COVER IS COMPULSORY
 
COMPETITIONS ARE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MOMS 
GENERAL COMPETITION RULES, AS LISTED IN THE MOMS
MANUAL OF MOTORCYCLING SPORT
 
7.00 am - Sign On and Scrutineering Open
 
8.30 am - Sign On and Scrutineering Close
 
8.40 am - Riders and Flag Marshal Briefing
 
8.50 am - Flag Marshal first session call up
 
9.00 am - Practice
 
All competitors under 18 yrs of age must have a parent or gaurdian to sign them on, this applies to both Senior and Junior riders
 
You must attend Sign On and have your Motorcycle and Helmet pass inspection at Scrutineering 
 
You must be a Macarthur Club Member and hold a current MA licence to compete in a club race meeting
 
A program will be provided at sign on, if there are insufficient class entries, classes may be combined. If combining of classes occurs separate point scores will be recorded.
 
All competitiors must act as a FLAG MARSHAL for one session of the race meeting or nominate someone to flag on their behalf.
Typical the parent of a junior rider will carry out flag marshal duties for their child.
FLAG MARSHALS MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE  AND MUST ATTEND THE RIDERS AND FLAG MARSHALS BRIEFING WHICH IS HELD AT EVERY RACE MEETING
 
The race day program allows for a rider to act as a marshal for one session without missing any races
 
All competitors must compete at a minimum of 5 rounds
of the Club Competition to qualify for a Trophy
 
Demonstration Class will be awarded a trophy of equal value

JUNIORS PLEASE BE AWARE
IF A RIDER CHANGES AGE AND CLASS
BY REASON OF CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY
THE FOLLOWING RULE WILL APPLY AS PER THE MOMS
 
GCR 12.12.1.2 C 
ANY POINTS EARNED BY THE RIDER IN THE LOWER AGE CLASS
CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED WHEN THE RIDER MOVES TO THE
HIGHER AGE CLASS
