2.Raffle Details

Prize: 1 x 2025 Yamaha TTR110E (or latest model available at draw date) + Merch pack

Total Prize Value: AUD $5000 (including GST)

Ticket Price: AUD $25 per ticket

3.Eligibility
-
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
-
Members, supporters, and the general public are eligible to enter.
-
Tickets must not be purchased on behalf of or transferred to persons under the age of 18.
-
The organiser is a registered not-for-profit entity eligible to conduct a raffle under NSW Fair Trading guidelines.
4.Prize Details
-
The prize is a brand new Yamaha TTR110E. Colour may vary depending on availability.
-
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
-
The winner is responsible for registration, insurance, and associated costs after delivery unless otherwise stated.
-
Prohibited prizes (e.g. firearms, tobacco, excessive alcohol) will not be offered as part of this raffle.
-
All prizes are valued at their recommended retail market value.
5.Draw Procedure and Mandatory Attendance
-
The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, manually on the 28/09/2025 at 4pm ( subject to change on the day).
-
To be eligible to claim the prize, the ticket holder must be physically present at the event at the time of the draw.
-
If the drawn ticket holder is not present when their ticket number is called, they forfeit their claim and a redraw will occur.
-
To be eligible to win, entrants must be physically present at the time of the draw.
-
Once a ticket number is drawn, the holder of that ticket must identify themselves and claim the prize within 2 minutes. If no valid claim is made within this time, the draw will be deemed invalid and a new ticket will be drawn. This process will continue until a valid winner is identified.

Unclaimed prizes do not apply, as only valid, present winners will be awarded prizes.

This process will continue until a valid ticket is drawn where the holder is present and able to immediately claim the prize.

The winner must present valid ID and ticket to claim the prize.
6.Allocation of Proceeds

A minimum of 40% of the gross proceeds from ticket sales will be applied directly to the club's fundraising goals, as required under NSW law.

Prize Collection & Ownership Transfer

The winner will be required to present valid ID and sign a prize acceptance form. The prize will be transferred in accordance with NSW road and safety laws. Any transfer, registration, insurance or associated costs are the responsibility of the winner

Liability
-
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by the winner as a result of accepting or using the prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they are legally able to own and operate the prize.

Privacy
-
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and will only be used for the purpose of administering this raffle.

Disputes
-
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

11.Record-Keeping
-
The organiser will maintain financial and operational records related to this raffle for a minimum of 7 years, as required under NSW Fair Trading rules.
12.Acknowledgement
-
This raffle is conducted for fundraising purposes under the rules set by NSW Fair Trading for not-for-profit organisations.
