With covid19 in NSW everyone that comes into the complex must register with the QR code,there are posters around the complex!!!!






COVID-19 Operating Procedures

This document details the procedures Macarthur District Motorcycle Sportsman club

(MDMCS) will undertake to ensure compliance with NSW COVID-19 Restrictions The opening of MDMCS is covered under the restricted category of what you can and can't do under the NSW COVID-19 restrictions.

The following rules will be strictly applied and adhered to:

If you have been unwell or feeling unwell or cold Flue like systems please do not attend the complex

  • Social distancing between individuals MUST be 1.5m – this includes all spectators. Failure to adhere to social distancing may cause an immediate review of community sport activity by the Government.

  • In all other cases – including queues for the GATE HOUSE, CANTEEN, etc. – social distancing of 1.5m MUST be maintained at all times.

  • Social distancing is only relaxed for:

Family members from the same household

When medical attention is required.

  • Entry is restricted to club members only Membership renewal available on Ridernet. (no day memberships)

  • On arrival at entry gate all members are to remain inside their vehicle. Payment is required for riding; touchless payment is preferred.

  • All membership cards must scan in on arrival and every one must register with the QR code at the GATE HOUSE.

  • Parking is to be at least a car space between each pit and no group gatherings. parking areas to be utilized to the maximum so as to greatly exceed the minimum requirement , This is to ensure that social distancing is met.

  • No sharing of equipment or machines between riders.

  • Riders must have helmet and gloves on before and after entry/exit from the riding track.

  • Control and monitoring of riders onto and off the track to ensure compliance to distancing guidelines.

  • No grouping of riders, mechanics or parents/guardians allowed.


If any breaches of the rules occur as outlined above, physical distancing is not observed, or people who refuse to follow directions of a club official, the club may undertake temporary closure of the track.​

Venue responsibilities.

  • Venue to ensure hand sanitiser is available at sign on/entry point, toilets.

  • Venue to ensure regular cleaning and disinfection of toilet facilities.

  • Venue to ensure adequate supply of soap and hand towels in toilet facilities. 

Please understand the club is doing its upmost in getting the complex up and running to its fullest potential under the current conditions. Your patience and understanding during these difficult times are appreciated. 

Due to numbers being allowed entries on a first in basis, payment by Eftpos at the gate. Unfortunately, there will be disappointed riders. 

For the time being the operating sessions are as followed:

  • Saturday, and Sunday. (Gate will be opened at 8.30am) Riding time: 9.00 - 3:30.
